George Siede and Donna Preis met at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1976. Donna was a graduate student in photography & printmaking and George was the assistant director of the school's Media Center. They began collaborating on photo projects and have been doing so ever since. They started the commercial studio Siede Preis Photography in 1982, the same year they got married.
Their first professional assignments were for editorial clients, but they soon branched out to provide images for corporate communications and advertising as well. George and Donna continue to work together on long-term photography projects and both work on their own personal imagery as individual artists.
On this site you'll find images from their professional work as well as more information about the artists, links to their personal web sites, and a contact page. Thank you for taking the time to view some of this work.
